We will arrange all viewings with you, which can be accompanied if required, or we are happy to be key holders.We will take up full credit checks and references on all applicants - we have online credit facilities and are registered under the Data Protection Act for this purpose. Once, and only once, all satisfactory references are received, we will prepare an in depth inventory and Tenancy Contracts, with Ground Notices and arrange to move tenants in.
All ingoing tenants commit to a standing order arrangement for future rental payments.We arrange for transfer of all utilities (except telephone) into the tenants name, supplying our meter readings.
This completes the letting only service - as you will see it is extensive and far more involved than is offered generally.We make all necessary arrangements to ensure that the property complies to all current letting regulations, such as:-
